Why a Claude Project Changes Everything
A regular Claude chat starts fresh every time -- Claude has no memory of your business, your voice, or your goals. A Claude Project has uploaded documents that Claude reads before every conversation automatically. You set it up once. Every future conversation is better because of it.
The result: Claude that already knows your brand, your audience, your offers, and how you communicate -- before you type your first word. Output that is specific to you from the first sentence.
The Four Steps
Step 1 -- Create the project: Go to claude.ai, click Projects in the left sidebar, click New Project, name it after your brand.
Step 2 -- Write your Business Context Document: Five sections -- who you are (2-3 sentences), your audience (one specific person), your offers (what you sell and how you describe it), your voice rules (always-words, never-words, tone by format), and what you are building right now (update weekly).
Step 3 -- Upload the document: Inside your project, find the option to add project files and upload your document. Claude reads it at the start of every conversation.
Step 4 -- Test it: Open a new conversation without introducing yourself. Ask for help with something real. If the output sounds like it could be for anyone, your document needs more specificity.
