Who Arjita Sethi is
Arjita built three companies without writing a single line of code -- using AI as her technical co-founder before ChatGPT existed. She has operated at the intersection of AI, entrepreneurship, and education for nearly a decade.
She has been Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at San Francisco State University for nine years. She serves on advisory boards at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and Harvard Business Review. Every system she brings to a fractional engagement has been tested inside her own businesses before it was ever applied to a client's.
She brings both the technical fluency to understand what AI can and cannot do, and the operational experience to know what actually works inside a real company with real constraints.

Phase one -- audit and strategy
