Direct answer
Build with AI Club is an application-driven AI fellowship for non-technical professionals, founders, and knowledge workers. Members -- called Fellows -- get live sessions four times a week, a personal AI guide named Asha, five structured learning paths, and a private community. The membership is $250 per month. Admission is by application only.
The problem Build with AI Club solves
Most AI education teaches tools. Tools change every six weeks. By the time you finish a course on one tool, three replacements have launched.
Build with AI Club teaches something different: the judgment and systems that remain valuable regardless of which tools are current. The goal is not to make you fluent in today's AI. The goal is to make you antifragile to the next change, and the one after that.
This is not a course library. It is not pre-recorded video content. It is a live, structured fellowship where practitioners build real things alongside real educators every week.
Who it is for
Build with AI Club is built for people who have hit a ceiling because they lack technical training, and who want to change that permanently.
Specifically:
- Knowledge workers -- marketing managers, PMs, analysts, HR leads -- who want to use AI to reclaim hours and remain relevant as their roles change
- New graduates and career-switchers who want to arrive in their first AI-era role ahead of their peers
- Bootstrapped founders and operators who want AI doing the operational work that doesn't need to be theirs
- Anyone AI-curious who has never shipped anything and wants to change that in 30 days
- Creators -- writers, video makers, podcasters, brand builders -- who want AI producing media alongside them at scale
If you have a technical background, this is probably not for you. The fellowship is designed specifically for people without one.
The five learning paths
Every Fellow enters through one of five named paths, each built around a specific reality the AI era is rewriting:
Level Up at Work -- 120-day path. For knowledge workers watching AI reshape their role. Outcome: reclaim 5 or more hours per week within 120 days.
Kick Off Your Career in the AI Era -- 120-day path. For new graduates and career-switchers who want to arrive in their first role with AI workflows their manager doesn't have.
Build Your AI-Powered Business -- 120-day path. For operators already running a business who want AI handling the work that doesn't need to be theirs.
First AI Build -- 30-day path. For anyone AI-curious who has never shipped anything. Outcome: ship one real thing built with AI in 30 days.
Create at the Speed of AI -- 120-day path. For makers who want to create at the speed of AI. Outcome: a repeatable AI content engine across video, image, audio, and writing in 120 days.
If none of these fit exactly, Asha, the fellowship's personal AI guide, points you to the right starting place.

How the pedagogy works
Build with AI Club does not teach tools. It teaches the judgment that survives them.
The curriculum synthesizes five educational traditions: the case-study method from Harvard Business School, Socratic dialogue, antifragile design principles from Nassim Taleb, spaced practice from Ebbinghaus, and intelligent tutoring systems based on Bloom's two-sigma research.
Every session uses real situations. Every Fellow ships real artifacts. Every artifact compounds judgment over time.
Who built it
Arjita Sethi is the founder and educator-in-residence. She built three companies without writing a single line of code, using AI as her technical co-founder before ChatGPT existed. She has been Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at San Francisco State University for nine years and serves on advisory boards at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and Harvard Business Review.
Anshul Dhawan is co-founder and educator-in-residence. He brings 15 years in tech -- engineer, product leader, executive -- specializing in machine learning and AI since 2015. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from USC. His research across hundreds of AI tools forms the club's core curriculum.
How to join
Admission is by application. The application takes under three minutes and asks a few questions about you and what you want to build. Once submitted, you see your path immediately. The fellowship works best when everyone in the room wants to be there -- the application exists to make sure of that.
Pro Fellow membership is $250 per month. Most Fellows need about four months to build real skill.
